Jason Hreha
Jason Hreha studies how to predict and change human behavior.
He started in Stanford's Behavior Design Lab, where he helped develop the field with BJ Fogg. His work there was featured at the World Economic Forum. He then built Walmart's behavioral science practice, the first in a Fortune 100 company, serving as Global Head of Behavioral Sciences. He is currently CEO of Persona and a senior advisor at Edelman.
His recent work focuses on psychometrics: understanding why people do what they do, and what they're likely to do next. This led to The Six Systems, a personality model he developed over eight years of research.
He wrote Real Change, a book on behavior change. He is quoted in James Clear's Atomic Habits. He publishes at The Behavioral Scientist.
